Lea Larose-Roger graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal in 2024. During her studies, she participated in the 2nd edition of the University of Montreal Legal Clinic – advisory division, where she took part in a regional volunteer week aimed at providing free legal services to the public.
She also worked at a law firm while studying, which allowed her to develop practical skills in a professional environment. She completed her Bar internship at Bélanger Longtin and finished her professional training in the fall of 2025.
