She excels in alternative dispute resolution.  With her in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and her regular involvement in complex litigation, Gaétane seeks practical, realistic and effective solutions to prevent and resolve disputes.

Accredited mediator with the Quebec Bar, she is committed to helping parties reach a mutually satisfactory solution.
